Just Lovedit (“we”, “us”) shows a new edit of seven independent Indian labels each week. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Your account
You can sign up with an email and password, or with Google. Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
What we are, and what we are not
We introduce you to brands. We do not sell their products. When you tap through to a brand’s store, any purchase is a contract between you and that brand. Prices, sizes, delivery, returns, refunds and support are theirs to handle, not ours. We choose brands in good faith but can’t guarantee their products or service.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- break the law or use the site to harm anyone;
- scrape, overload, probe or try to break into the site or other people’s accounts;
- inflate or manipulate brand numbers, such as loves, views or clicks;
- pretend to be another person or brand.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules. You can stop using the site, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.
Brands who apply
Applying through the form does not guarantee a place in an edit. We decide who is featured and when. You confirm that the details you send are true and that you have the right to share the names, images and links you provide. If you are featured, you give us permission to show your name, images and links on the site and in our channels while you are featured.
Our content
The design, text and code of the site belong to us. Brand names, logos and images belong to the brands. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
Updates about edits
When you sign up you agree to receive updates about future edits. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens between you and a brand. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can’t be waived.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. If the change is significant we’ll say so on the site, and continuing to use it means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
